ABS House

Fore Group was engaged by Dowse Projects, on behalf of the Australian Bureau of Statistics, to deliver the Level 3 fitout at ABS House. The 5,000m² project was designed in collaboration with Gray Puksand to accommodate 502 staff and was delivered under a full design-and-construct package. Works were staged across two wings, each completed independently and granted separate occupancy certificates. With the building remaining operational and occupied by government tenants throughout construction, close stakeholder engagement was critical to ensure minimal disruption and to meet the specific requirements of each department. The project also included a full Zone 2 fitout and customised security upgrades to support the needs of the end users.
