Fore Group QLD, Office Fit Out

Due to continued expansion, Fore Group required a new centrally located office to enhance team collaboration while reflecting the new modern branding and allowing for future growth. Built with purpose and function in mind, style and fun was also greatly considered through-out to ensure the team can work but also wind down together. Due to a compressed 4-week programme, Fore Group undertook extensive value engineering to ensure selected products were in-stock and readily available without compromising on design intent or aesthetics. Working with pre-existing flooring meant the concrete polishing proved challenging with services re-routing and concrete preparation works (especially of existing flooring areas considered poor) were rectified prior to polishing, allowing for the subsequent fit out works to continue without delay.
