Government Project, Perth

Fore Group was contracted to complete the fit out of a major project on Level 4 of a building in Perth. The project encompassed three distinct areas: a 375m² office space, a 520m² section for specific facilities, and public areas totalling 275m². The scope of work included the delivery of new or refurbished facilities such as three courtrooms, ten breakout rooms, one conference room with kitchenette, two mediation suites, four chambers, tea prep room, two amenities, public waiting areas, secure back of house areas, and general office areas. Despite the building remaining occupied during construction, with ongoing activities on Level 4 and above, Fore Group successfully managed the project. They maintained continuous communication with end-users to minimize disruption and ensure site security, given the sensitive nature of the operations.
