NatRoad Office Fitout

Fore Group was engaged to deliver the new office fitout for the National Road Transport Association (NatRoad), transforming the existing tenancy into a modern and functional workplace. Located on the ground floor of an apartment building, the project demanded careful planning and management of noise, vibration and disruption throughout, ensuring surrounding tenants were not impacted. Works included partial demolition of the previous fitout, grinding of the entire tenancy floor, and preparation for new flooring. NatRoad's new workplace features a contemporary boardroom, two meeting rooms, a CEO office, modern open plan work areas, additional storage and dedicated utility spaces. Fore Group successfully delivered the fitout within nine weeks, minimising disruption to surrounding occupants while providing NatRoad with a fresh, modern workspace.
