Sally Grant Holistic Skin Health

Fore Group, in collaboration with Noble Design Studio, delivered the complete fitout of the Sally Grant Holistic Skin Health Clinic — a high-quality clinical space housed within an occupied heritage building. Fore Group managed design coordination and procurement throughout, ensuring the finished space met all skin-penetration health regulations and the specific compliance requirements of a clinical environment. This included the installation of medical-grade RCD protection to power points, supporting patient safety during treatment. Delivered under a compressed programme, the project demanded precise trade coordination, careful material procurement, and meticulous sequencing to meet the tenant's Christmas deadline. Noisy works were carefully scheduled to minimise disruption to the building's existing occupants. Given the heritage context, all works were planned and executed to be fully reversible, with no alterations to the façade or any external elements of the building.
