Shaw Estate

Fore Group was engaged by DOMA to undertake the transformation of Shaw Estate in Murrumbateman, delivering a high-end restaurant and cellar door across 900m². The project required extensive building and service upgrades to support the venue’s new operational demands. Fore Group coordinated the installation of major mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems, ensuring they integrated seamlessly with the premium architectural design. A full commercial kitchen was constructed with the capacity to service both the restaurant and large vineyard wedding events, requiring complex coordination of services, exhaust systems, and back-of-house facilities. Significant attention was given to the detailed joinery, bespoke finishes, and structural modifications required to create multiple dining areas, both indoor and outdoor, while maintaining clear sightlines to the vineyard and surrounding landscape. Delivered to an exceptional standard, Shaw Estate is a showcase of Fore Group’s ability to manage complex fitout works, balancing high-quality craftsmanship with the technical challenges of modern hospitality construction.
