The Public Trustee, Office Fitout

Fore Group were engaged to deliver the 4800m2 fit out for the new Public Trustee fit out. Spanning across 3 levels within the occupied 410 Ann St Brisbane Building Fore Group first undertook a structural slab infill on Level 4, along with extensive demolition on Levels 1, 2 and 3 in order to start works. Electrical, communications, audio visual, mechanical and hydraulic services were upgraded throughout to suit the renewed office layout. Inter-tenancy stairs between Levels 1, 2 and 3 were constructed to connect the floor plates with new partitioning, joinery, glazing, ceilings, floor finishes, painting and furnishing resulting a modern and refreshed feel. With design only at 80% completion at tender, Fore Group added value during the pre-construction phase by providing design, programme and buildability advice during design finalisation and refinement to mitigate risk.
