Ventia, Canberra Office

Fore Group was engaged by Ventia under an Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) model to design and construct its new corporate headquarters fitout. The project delivered a contemporary workplace for Ventia's Corporate and Project teams, with upgrades spanning lighting, flooring, kitchens, bathrooms, end-of-trip facilities, and broader office amenities. Working under a cost-plus trade recommendation model, Fore Group led the design development process, coordinating architectural and building services consultants and bringing multiple stakeholders together to deliver a truly integrated design outcome. The team also managed client-engaged AV contractors and novated trades, and oversaw procurement of long lead-time items, including furniture, finishes, and equipment, to keep the project on track for efficient delivery.
