101 South Gate, New Build

Delivered under an Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) and Construction Management procurement model, Fore Group successfully constructed this centre for collaboration in southeast Queensland. The 7,000m² purpose-built facility features an integrated fitout across its four levels, containing high-spec secure capability spaces, including laboratories, flexible-use workshops, and office accommodations. The building currently houses over 200 employees, with projections to increase to 300 employees in the coming years. This marks the fourth project that Fore Group has delivered for this client and the second project in collaboration with Anthony John Group. Fore Group and our subcontractors were able to hand over this high-quality secure fitout, complete with a detailed Type 1A security system tailored to the client's requirements within an 18-month period.
