Michael Hill Jeweller HQ

Michael Hill Jeweller engaged Fore Group to fit out the ground floor, levels 1, 2 and 3 of their new purpose-built premises located in Cannon Hill. The Michael Hill HQ fit out included workspaces, meeting rooms, breakout spaces, speciality training rooms, distribution, and manufacturing facilities. The project scope of works also included the early works construction of an inter-tenancy staircase between levels 1 and 2 and the construction of a purpose-built vault with all associated works. The programme was staged to ensure business continuity, with the construction of the comms room on level 1 priority to allow the ground floor to be operational prior to the handover of level 1. Fore Group worked closely with the client and consultant team to deliver a new cohesive work environment for the Michael Hill head office team which was delivered on programme and budget.
