Fore Group are proud to have partnered with Growthpoint Properties Australia for the Level 1 refurbishment works in their A1 and A4 buildings in South Brisbane. The scope of works consisted of lift lobby and bathroom refurbishments, upgrading lift cars and upgrading 2x office spaces - one of which was completed in an impressive 2 weeks, which included around the clock on-site work from our team and subcontractor base to ensure business continuity for the tenant.
