Canberra Girls Grammar School Library

Canberra Girls Grammar School (CGGS) required an experienced Head Contractor to refurbish the existing library, allowing the aged building to be better utilised by both staff and students alike. The existing building required extensive demolition works across the ground floor to accommodate the new open and refreshed library. A mixture of bright complimentary finishes and fixtures revived the look and feel, with new services and partitioning installed to accommodate the new layout. Works completed included the construction of a new entry, an informal classroom, open-plan library, multiple meeting rooms, collaboration spaces, storage, and staff rooms. Works were undertaken within a live, operational school campus. Fore Group ensured a safe and secure site was always upheld.
