Capital Eatery

Capital Eatery was designed by DRD Studio to be an and inviting and contemporary venue. The service is split between 2 sections – a large coffee bar, and cake display, and a long food service counter, with custom made produce displays. Materials and colours are natural and subtle, with green painted accents. A combination of chunky terrazzo, oak, and profiled timber, both painted and natural create a warm stylish ambience. Fore Group was engaged as ECI Head Contractor, providing procurement, design, and buildability advice during the pre-construction phase. Extensive services integration took place to ensure the commercial kitchen equipment could be accommodated within the space, Fore Group fostered a collaborative approach with all stakeholders inclusive of a specialist kitchen consultant, allowing Ambient Food Group to maximise the space for end users to enjoy.
