Diocese of Wollongong, Office Fit out

Fore Group was engaged to deliver the fit out for the Diocese of Wollongong. The works were undertaken through ECI/ Construction Management, allowing the Fore team to have vital involvement during the pre-construction phase to ensure the works met the required 16-week programme and project budget. The 1,200m2 project included the total refurbishment and upgrade of the existing space within a fixed budget. To meet budget, Fore Group managed the Design and procurement phase, adding buildability value with key trade partners to enable works to be completed without overflow of both time and cost. The project scope also included a detailed infrastructure upgrade of the hydrant system, which was undertaken within a public space, Fore Group maintained a safe site with a high-level of public interface to ensure works were undertaken without disruption.
