Jones Day Office Extension

Fore Group were engaged by Jones Day to complete a 350m2 extension of their existing office workspace to accommodate their growing team. The additional workspace at their offices on Eagle Street comprised of a new open plan workstation area, private offices, collaboration spaces and storage. As this extension was added onto the existing fit out, Fore Group provided procurement, construction, and design advice to compliment the appearance of a seamless transition into the new areas. These works were completed by Fore Group with minimal disruption to the ongoing day to day operations of the business. Due to the occupied environment, Fore Group undertook extensive planning during the ECI pre-construction phase to minimise contractor presence and interference on-site, allowing for the works to be delivered within a 6-week compressed programme while minimising disruption for Jones Day.
