Security Consulting Group engaged Fore Group to deliver their 260m2 fitout on level 8, 300 George Street, Brisbane. The SCEC zone 4 fitout was undertaken within an operational building. Fore Group adhered to all building security requirements and ensured that our trades and works were in complete compliance to 300 George Street building guidelines. Through active stakeholder engagement and communication with building management, all loading/ receiving of materials and materials/ contractor movement was complete with nil disruption. The Brisbane SCG office fitout was delivered simultaneously with the Sydney SCG Fitout, Fore Group provided a national team to ensure consistency in stakeholder engagement, works methods and outcomes.
