SOJA Studios entrusted the Fore Group team to deliver their vision for the new studio fitout within the South/ City/SQ precinct, resulting in a modern high-end studio. Making the most of the natural lighting, the 400m2 fitout with towering 8m high ceilings was designed with function in mind while boasting clean and elegant finishes through-out. Fore Group provided beneficial design and value engineering advice while leading the design of the Electrical and Hydraulics services packages alongside key trade partners and North Interiors. In addition to working alongside other base building Head Contractors, Fore Group delivered works above a live Woolworths which required after-hours works and close coordination. With Woolies located below site, above site there is a new residential development, Fore Group conformed to noise restrictions and worked alongside the developers and their Development Application.
