Fore Group undertook the 100m2 demolition and fitout within a tight two-week timeframe to ensure the client could occupy the space and commence trading on schedule. The scope of work involved stripping the existing tenancy and constructing a brand-new clinic fitout, fully operational within just two weeks. This rapid turnaround required meticulous planning and execution by the Fore Group team. A switchboard upgrade was also carried out to accommodate the medical-grade equipment throughout the facility. This process included necessary shutdowns and close coordination with building management, as the premises was located within a large apartment complex. The location was situated in a high-traffic area, careful consideration was upheld to minimise disruption to the neighbouring apartment building and shopping complex during construction.
