The Star Gold Coast Supply Chain Early Works

The Star engaged Fore Group to deliver the Supply Chain early works package to serve their Southeast Queensland facility. Being a 24-hour functioning facility, end user consideration and total programme control was critical to ensure the back of house functionality was maintained throughout the entire project. Project works included an extension of the north loading dock, laundry, and wardrobe upgrades. Undertaken across three stages, works phasing was integrated into the overall stages to allow for back of house services to continue without disruption. Fore Group’s Site Manager maintained a schedule with buy-in from stakeholders for seamless material deliveries and movement to and from site through designated access routes. Traffic management was critical during the North Dock works to ensure deliveries and access was unobstructed during construction.
