10 Mort St, Australian Electoral Commission

Fore Group was engaged to deliver the AEC fit out within 10 Mort Street. The scope of works included the demolition and refit of the existing media and communications room. The wider office works included glazed offices, partitioning and joinery to create the new office fit out for the Australian Electoral Commission. Services re-routing, floor finishes, joinery and painting took place to accommodate the reconfigured floor layout which included open-plan workstations. As the project was undertaken within a live, occupied building within the heart of Canberra, Fore Group maintained total project control through stakeholder engagement, upholding a well-established site and ensuring all works complied with base-building fit out rules and requirements.
