28 Sydney Ave, End of Trip

Fore Group was engaged by Amalgamated Property Group to deliver a series of upgrades to their 28 Sydney Avenue asset. The works included multiple bathroom upgrades, with demolition and refurbishment completed within a one-week turnaround for each, alongside a full basement fit-out of the end-of-trip (EOT) facilities, starting from a cold shell and requiring service relocations. Enhancements to the main lobby focused on improving functionality and modernising its design, incorporating a new feature ceiling, floor mats, acoustic panelling, and updated furniture. Despite the challenges of operating in an occupied building, the project was delivered with precision and minimal disruption, demonstrating exceptional planning and execution from the project team.
