J.P. Morgan required the services of a Design and Construct contractor to revitalise the existing End of Trip (EOT) facility and on-floor amenities of their 53 Albert Street, Brisbane City asset; forming part of a lease extension agreement incentive. Partnered with CBRE as Project Manager, Ellivo had been engaged to provide high level conceptual design input, which saw the Fore Group project team provide buildability advice and assist in the detailed design finalisation and refinement. The EOT scope of works included all new services, rendering and painting to the existing block walls, new ceilings, lighting upgrades throughout, glazing, installation of a new auto door, new lockers and joinery, floor finishes and new FF&E. After the approval of a prototype-type bathroom amenity, staged upgrades of both male and female on-floor amenities subsequently took place across a further 13 levels, staged to minimise disruption to end users.
