Conscia with Penten engaged Fore Group to upgrade the existing office spaces within 216 Northbourne Avenue. The upgrade works saw refreshed finishes installed with the primary objective to meet SCEC Zone 4 specification to suit the end user’s operational requirements. With works undertaken within an occupied environment, Fore Group staged works out of normal business hours allowing the occupants to continue operating during the day with nil disruption. This required Fore Group to follow precise project planning, uphold open stakeholder engagement and undertake regular cleaning at the close of each shift - as if Fore Group was never there the night before. The SCEC upgrades required close consultation and coordination with specialist SCEC Consultants and Fore Group’s engaged trade partners, allowing for a fit-for-purpose facility on handover that achieves all quality and security standards.
