Fore Group was engaged by AMP Capital to undertake various upgrades to their 12 Moore Street asset. Fore Group was involved early in the pre-construction phase through managing the DA application process and providing buildability advice with key trades to mitigate project risk. The refurbishment base-build scope of works included a new foyer, lift lobbies and refreshed bathroom amenities. The integrated fitout works included the ATSB fitout, and show suites, break-out area, kitchenettes, and communal areas. Works were undertaken within a live, occupied building, and therefore required close consultation with base-building management and building users to ensure business continuity with nil disruption, while maintaining safe access to amenities as works were staged between levels. Externally, Fore Group constructed an inviting terrace for all building occupants to enjoy year-round. The upgrades have provided a new lease of life to the 12 Moore Street building, providing future prospective tenants with modern and refreshed facilities.
