77 Architecture Studio Fit out

Fore Group were engaged by 77 Architecture to supply Design and Construct services in the fit out of their new studio space on Level 1 within 199 George Street, Brisbane. Their new studio space included the construction of an engaging workspace with a large boardroom, meeting rooms, sample library, kitchen, and breakout space as well as utility spaces and storage. The fit out required reconfigurations and upgrades to the existing mechanical services to suit larger meeting groups. The 125m2 fit out was delivered in a very tight timeframe with plenty of support and coordination provided to the client on cost, supply lead times and value management options to ensure they were able to meet their programme and budget.
