JSC Office Fitout

JSC Group engaged Fore Group to undertake a 500sqm office fitout within their existing industrial warehouse located in Mitchell. Designed by Capezio Copeland, the new space features natural lighting, warm joinery, and vibrant pops of colour, creating an inviting and professional atmosphere for employees and clients to enjoy. The office fitout includes a breakout area with a kitchen, amenities, a boardroom, and multiple meeting rooms that surround informal meeting spaces and open-plan workstations. The project required full-service integration, adding mechanical, electrical, and fire services to support the new commercial office requirements.
