Clean, airy, and bright finishes with soft furnishings invite you into the new Kylie Faulks Women’s Health Physiotherapy premises; located on the Ground Floor, Sapphire Building, of the Kingston Foreshore. On entry, there is a welcoming waiting area which leads into two sides of the tenancy. The first side includes a kitchen/ breakout area that is supported by bathroom amenities, a laundry room and storage areas. The other side of the tenancy is where treatments and classes take place. There is a large, dedicated gym area with two consult rooms to support business operations. Acoustic performance was of high importance to this project, noting the close proximity of consult rooms to the gym and waiting area. Fore Group ensured all appropriate finishes were installed and testing took place allowing for optimum acoustic performance.
