Formerly known as Buvette, Louis Restaurant represents the newest phase of the DOMA Hotel Group's commitment to luxury hotels and fine dining in Barton. Fore Group was selected to spearhead the transformation of this esteemed fine dining establishment into an intimate, welcoming space with expanded indoor and outdoor seating. Given the need to temporarily suspend restaurant operations during the renovation, Fore Group executed the project within a compressed timeframe, ensuring minimal disruption to the business. The undertaking encompassed the refurbishment of the existing kitchen and its appliances, the creation of two private dining rooms, as well as the introduction of two glass-enclosed outdoor dining areas.
