Fore Group was engaged by Project Opera and Mobo Co to deliver a high-end, two-level coworking fit out for Mobo Co. The result was an engaging and luxurious activity based working space for organisations of all sizes to utilise. With works taking place on levels 1 and 11 of 134 Merivale Street, South Brisbane; Fore Group upheld complete compliance to the base-building guidelines and maintained open and transparent communication through-out construction to ensure nil disruption to surrounding building users. The scope of works included a 3,000m2 fit out across both levels which included the construction of an 80m2 mezzanine level to increase the overall Net Lettable Area. This high-quality fit out included office spaces, breakout areas, informal meeting areas, meeting rooms and a private dining space which is serviced by the restaurant upstairs.
