Security Consulting Group engaged Fore Group to deliver their new 260m2 secure fitout on level 10, 309 Kent Street, Sydney. The SCEC zone 4 fit out was undertaken within an operational building. Fore Group adhered to all building security requirements and ensured that our trades and works were in complete compliance to building guidelines. Through active stakeholder engagement and communication with building management, all loading/ receiving of materials and materials/ contractor movement was undertaken with nil disruption. The Sydney SCG office fit out was delivered simultaneously with the Brisbane SCG Fit out, Fore Group provided a national team to ensure consistency in stakeholder engagement, works methods and outcomes.
