Commonwealth Law Courts

Fore Group were engaged to deliver the fit out of the new Commonwealth Law Courts Level 4 Offices which included a new staff workspace, meeting rooms, a boardroom, executive offices, utility area and breakout space. Working to a compressed programme and within a secure environment, including a secure loading dock, meant that careful and proactive project planning was of utmost importance to uphold the strict security measures to protect and ensure nil disruption to the sensitive operational nature of the Commonwealth Law Courts and its end users. Adopting a collaborative approach to delivery, Fore Group held regular project meetings and provided weekly project reports with interstate shareholders and were able to deliver the project on time and within budget whilst enabling business continuity for the existing tenants.
