Department of Veteran Affairs, Ipswich Fitout

The Department of Veteran Affairs (DVA) fitout formed part of a national roll-out that was delivered under a joint venture. The scope of works included an 800m2 fitout of cold shell of half a floor that was located above a live and operational medical centre. Fore Group ensured complete stakeholder engagement with disruptive works carried out out-of- hours with noise controls and under slung works carefully planned out to ensure nil disruption to the Centre below. DVA had a non-negotiable completion date which the team met with considered and proactive planning and programming.
