Joedy’s by Sinclair

Mosaic Property engaged Fore Group to design and construct the Sinclair Cafe after the successful delivery of another cafe within one of Mosaic Property’s other assets. The 115m2 cafe fit out included the construction of a commercial kitchen which also required base building services upgrades to accommodate the kitchen requirements. The Fore Group project team undertook extensive value engineering with the engaged consultants and key trade partners to align the project costs with the budget. Design management and design phase reviews and updates took place while working with multiple consultants including kitchen consultants to ensure a collaborative approach was applied.
