Luckies Kitchen

Fore Group was engaged to fitout the new Luckies Restaurant in 4/210 Oxford Street, Bulimba: resulting in a fun and modern eatery delivering a playful take on Cantonese cuisine. Fore Group undertook an early works demolition scope, stripping out the existing tenancy back to base-build with the relocation of re-usable kitchen items. As items from the existing commercial kitchen equipment were reused, services coordination with consultants and trade partners was imperative to facilitate the integration of the existing and new equipment. The tenancy space was 150m2 which made it difficult for both trades and materials to move freely around site, this was managed through daily rubbish removals off-site, daily trade cleans and smaller set down areas.
