Mu Omakase

Located within the Constitution Place dining precinct, Mu Omakase is the latest offering from our longstanding partners The Chairman Group. Delivered through an ECI procurement model, Fore Group provided design feedback, buildability advice, risk and programme management during the preconstruction phase which translated into a high-quality venue constructed on-time and within budget. A sub-floor was constructed to define the lounge seated area with lower areas housing the bar, cellar, storeroom, kitchen, and wash-up areas. An intimate area was dedicated to allowing a personal experience between the patrons and chefs in the Omakase sushi section of the fit out. The services scopes were completed as design and construct packages during the ECI phase to allow for early procurement and coordination with key trade partners while meeting the critical programme dates. Due to the location of site, Fore Group maintained a professional standard of public interface while always upholding complete site safety.
